刘新,男,博士,副主任技师,硕士生导师。
2007年毕业于军事医学科学院,博士研究生学历,理学博士学位。现为青岛大学附属烟台毓璜顶医院中心实验室副主任,烟台毓璜顶医院法医司法鉴定所副所长、授权签字人、质量负责人、国家司法鉴定人,山东省干细胞工程技术研究中心副主任、生命组学研究室主任,烟台毓璜顶医院DNA遗传实验室质量负责人,青岛大学附属烟台毓璜顶医院医学实验学教研室秘书,烟台市生命科学技术研究中心副主任。烟台市科技专家库专家,山东省科技专家库专家,国家自然科学基金通信评审专家。主持完成山东省自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研课题,在国内外期刊杂志上发表论文60余篇,获评山东省自然科学二等奖、山东省高等学校优秀科研成果二等奖、山东医学科技奖二等奖。社会兼职:中国医药生物技术协会科研实验室建设与管理分会全国常务委员,山东省医师协会组织样本库及转化医学专业委员会常务委员,烟台市医学会医学实验室建设与管理专业委员会副主任委员,烟台市司法鉴定协会监事会监事,潍坊医学院硕士研究生导师。
